In Right Precision Mould Quality is always the top priority. We use formal quality systems to manage the overall quality process and use precision measurement facilities by our well-trained team. All tooling and parts produced at our facility are constantly monitored by our Quality Assurance Department: drawing auditing, copper electrode test, EDM test, wire cutting test, milling machine processing test; finished mould product test and pre-shipment test to meet your specifications including material, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, moulding standard, inspection, and packaging. In addition, we can be sure to provide customers with FAI, CPK and SPC reports. Our quality systems are focused on the customers’ satisfaction at all the times.
